She's incredibly talented and has an amazing ability to instantly assess the condition of your hair and know exactly what it needs. She doesn't just follow trends – she genuinely understands what will suit and flatter you as an individual, which is something I've always valued. She uses lovely natural products and has created such a welcoming, relaxing environment. From the moment you walk through the door, you're treated like family.
